The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) course is a comprehensive training program designed to equip learners with the essential skills and knowledge required to provide quality care in a variety of healthcare settings. This course prepares students to support patients with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and assist in clinical care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed healthcare professional.
Course Objectives:
Understand the roles and responsibilities of a CNA.
Learn basic anatomy and physiology.
Master infection control procedures and hygiene practices.
Assist patients with daily personal care (bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility).
Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Provide care for the elderly, disabled, and chronically ill.
Respond to emergency situations with appropriate first aid and CPR techniques.
